Seen On TV Products is a mail order company which started in 1998. Our company provides customer with the absolute newest "As Seen On TV" products that become available. All of our products are brand new sealed straight from the factory. Almost all of our items are shipped same day order is placed on our secure credit card shopping cart system. Once your order is placed, we will automatically email you the tracking number and information so you can trace exactly where your order is.
You may return most items sold by Seen On TV Products within 30 days if merchandise was damaged for a refund. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
